AC System definition

AC System means the alternating current system of electricity traction supply on the Network;
AC System means the infrastructure provided by the CVL IM for the alternating current electricity traction supply on the CVL;
AC System means the alternating current system of electricity traction supply on HS1;

  • Except in the case of an emergency, Landlord agrees that such movement shall occur at a time when the Back-up AC System is not likely to be needed and that is otherwise mutually satisfactory and shall be with advance notice to Tenant.

  • SELLER’S COVERAGE LIMITS: 1) Coverage provided for Home Seller’s Heating & A/C System is subject to a combined $500 maximum for diagnosis, repair or replacement during the Seller’s Coverage Period.
