  • Any rights not explicitly granted to the user within this Agreement are deferred to Pearl Abyss by default.

  • The Legal Agreement and the relationship between you and Pearl Abyss shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict of law principles or the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.

  • Without prejudice to any other rights of Pearl Abyss, the License shall remain in effect for as long as you use, operate or run the Game.
