  • The Agent must ensure that its website complies with the PT Regulations, ATOL Regulations and all other applicable legislation and that reference to the Operator’s ABTA and ATOL numbers (clearly identified as the Operator’s), booking conditions and any other information required by the Operator prominently appear on every page referring or featuring any Products.
