Absorb or its licensors own the title, copyright, and all other Intellectual Property Rights in the Service.
Client acknowledges that the Service and related features are not intended to meet any legal obligations for these uses, including HIPAA requirements, and that Absorb is not a Business Associate as defined under HIPAA.
Absorb shall ensure that all staff who have access to Client personal data have committed to obligations of confidentiality as stringent as set forth under this Agreement.
Absorb will notify Client of material changes not less than ten (10) days prior to the effective date of any such amendment, and Client continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such amendment will constitute consent to any such amendment.
Absorb reserves the right to provide emergency updates for the purpose of security updates and emergent functionality patches from time to time without notice.
