Absence Fee definition

Absence Fee means a Fee charged at the discretion by Treetops ELC that is equivalent to the regular Fees payable for the time a Child or Children are absent from Treetops ELC on their booked days.
Absence Fee. One Thousand One Hundred Dollars (U.S. $1,100.00) per person per day actually worked by NKK Personnel in the U.S. A. Plants, NSC headquarters or other facilities; provided, however, that in the case of supervisors, the amount of absence fees shall be Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars (U.S. $750.00) per person per day actually worked in the U.S.A. Plants, NSC headquarters or other facilities.

Examples of Absence Fee in a sentence

  • If Manager and/or Tenant schedules an appointment and Tenant’s presence is required but Tenant fails to be present at the appointed time, Tenant shall pay Manager an Absence Fee pursuant to the Fee Addendum.
