ABS Program definition

ABS Program. ’ means the asset-backed security finance program, as described in ‘‘Description of Other Indebtedness—ABS Program.’’
ABS Program means any asset backed securitzation program involving any Company Party.

Examples of ABS Program in a sentence

  • Except as set forth in Section 4.27 of the Disclosure Schedule, no Company Party has any (i) asset buy-back obligation under any circumstances with respect to any ABS Program, or (ii) future obligation to encumber any existing or future receivables of any Company Party in connection with any ABS Program.

  • The Contractor shall conduct a bi-weekly meeting via telephone conference between the Contractor, ABS Program Management and Engineering Representatives, the Government, and its representatives and prepare meeting minutes and action items.

  • Pursuant to the IFEL Assets Disposal Agreement, the Purchaser or the assets servicing agency of the ABS Program shall send written notice to IFEL during the period of the ABS Program of any discovery of Unqualified Assets (as defined below).

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.
