ABS Issuance Date means any date, following the date of this Agreement, on which (i) any Investor Certificate is issued by the Master Trust or (ii) any Note is issued by the Note Issuer.
Series Issuance Date means, with respect to any Series, the date on which the Notes of such Series are to be originally issued in accordance with Section 2.12 and the related Indenture Supplement.
Issuance Date means the date hereof.
Initial Issuance Date means the date the first share of Series D is issued to any Holder hereof.
Original Issuance Date means the date of the first issuance of this Debenture regardless of the number of transfers hereof.
Issue Date means the date of original issuance of the Notes.
Stock Issuance Agreement means the agreement entered into by the Corporation and the Participant at the time of issuance of shares of Common Stock under the Stock Issuance Program.
Issuance Amount means the aggregate Sales Price of the Shares to be sold by the Agent pursuant to any Issuance Notice.
Settlement Date means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, the date on which such Called Principal is to be prepaid pursuant to Section 8.2 or has become or is declared to be immediately due and payable pursuant to Section 12.1, as the context requires.
Acquisition Date With respect to any REO Property, the first day on which such REO Property is considered to be acquired by the Trust Fund within the meaning of Treasury Regulations Section 1.856-6(b)(1), which is the first day on which the Trust Fund is treated as the owner of such REO Property for federal income tax purposes.
Date of Issuance means the date on which the Policy is issued as specified therein.
Draw Down Pricing Period means, with respect to each Draw Down, a period of eight (8) consecutive Trading Days beginning on the first Trading Day specified in a Draw Down Notice.
Excluded Issuance means:
Amendment Date has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Shares Acquisition Date means the first date of public announcement by the Company or an Acquiring Person that an Acquiring Person has become such.
