ABR Canada means, for any particular day, the variable rate of interest per annum, calculated on the basis of a 360-day year, which is equal to the greater of (a) the Base Rate Canada for such day and (b) the aggregate of (i) the Federal Funds Effective Rate for such day and (ii) 1/2 of 1% per annum.
