Able Employees definition
Able Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.22.
Examples of Able Employees in a sentence
Schedule 4.22 sets forth each collective bargaining or other labor union agreement applicable to any employees of Able or any of its Subsidiaries ("Able Employees").
No material work stoppage or material labor dispute against Able or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the Business is pending or, to Able's Knowledge, threatened and, to Able's Knowledge, except as set forth on Schedule 4.22, there is no related organizational activity by any Able Employees.
