ABL Hedging Provider definition
ABL Hedging Provider means any Person (other than an ABL Hedging Affiliate) that has entered into a Hedging Agreement with an ABL Credit Party with the obligations of such ABL Credit Party thereunder being secured by one or more ABL Collateral Documents, as designated by the Company in accordance with the terms of one or more ABL Documents (provided that no Person shall, with respect to any Hedging Agreement, be at any time a Hedging Provider hereunder with respect to more than one Credit Facility).
