ABL Guarantees definition
ABL Guarantees means that certain guarantee agreement dated as of the date hereof by the ABL Guarantors in favor of the ABL Agent, and all other guarantees of any ABL Obligations of any ABL Credit Party by any other ABL Credit Party in favor of any ABL Secured Party, in each case as amended, restated, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.
ABL Guarantees means that certain U.S. Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, dated as of [●], 2016, by the ABL Guarantors in favor of the ABL Agent, and all other guarantees (other than the ABL Canadian Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and any other guarantee in respect of any non ABL U.S. Collateral) executed under or in connection with any ABL Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
ABL Guarantees shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Recitals hereto.
Examples of ABL Guarantees in a sentence
Voting rights of participants shall be limited to matters in respect of (a) increases in commitments participated to such participant, (b) reductions of principal, interest or fees, (c) extensions of final maturity or the due date of any amortization, interest or fee payment and (d) releases, except as otherwise contemplated by the ABL Documentation, of the guarantees of all or substantially all ABL Guarantees or all or substantially all of the Collateral.
