Examples of ABL Group in a sentence

  • In such cases, the Helicopter Mortgage executed by the relevant member of the ABL Group in respect of such Helicopter shall conform to the form of Helicopter Mortgage set forth in Annex 4 to this Agreement except that amendments to such form shall be made to the minimum extent necessary to enable such form of Helicopter Mortgage to be recognized as creating a first priority perfected security interest (or other Lien) in the relevant Helicopter under the laws of the jurisdiction of its registration.

  • ABL shall not have or be deemed to have any legal or operational control over the Site and any member of ABL Group who may be present at the Site shall be there only in an advisory capacity.
