  • At any time from and after the date of such designation pursuant to Section 3.9(b), the obligations under such ABL Hedge Agreement or ABL Bank Product Agreement shall automatically and without further action be treated as ABL Obligations for all purposes of this Agreement, including for purposes of the Lien priorities and rights in respect of Collateral set forth herein.
