ABL Agents definition

ABL Agents means, collectively, the ABL Administrative Agent and the ABL Collateral Agent.

ABL Agents shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the introduction to this Agreement and shall include any successors thereto as well as any Person designated as the “Agent”, “Administrative Agent”, “Collateral Agent” or “Co-Collateral Agent” under any ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Agents means the ABL Administrative Agent and the ABL Term LoanAgent.

Examples of ABL Agents in a sentence

• The Second Lien Agent, for and on behalf of itself and the Second Lien Secured Parties, agrees that no payment to the ABL Agents or any ABL Secured Party pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall entitle the Second Lien Agent or any Second Lien Secured Party to exercise any rights of subrogation in respect thereof until the Discharge of ABL Obligations.

• The ABL Agents are hereby authorized to make any such endorsements as agent for the Second Lien Agent or any such Second Lien Secured Parties.

• The Second Lien Agent and the ABL Agents hereby agree that no party shall have any duty to advise any other party of information known to it regarding such condition or any such circumstances.

• The Second Lien Agent and the ABL Agents may make such demands or file such claims in respect of the Second Lien Obligations or the ABL Obligations, as applicable, as are necessary to prevent the waiver or bar of such claims under applicable statutes of limitations or other statutes, court orders, or rules of procedure at any time.

• No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement nor consent to any departure by any Party hereto shall be effective unless it is in a written agreement executed by the Second Lien Agent and the ABL Agents and then such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given.

More Definitions of ABL Agents

ABL Agents means each administrative agent, collateral agent, collateral trustee, if any, or other representative of the holders of ABL Obligations with respect to any ABL Facility.

ABL Agents means Bank of America, N.A. and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association.

ABL Agents means MidCap Funding IV Trust, as administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facility Credit Agreement, Crystal Financial LLC d/b/a SLR Credit Solutions, as SISO Term Loan Agent (as defined in the ABL Facility Credit Agreement), and Alter Domus (US) LLC, as Tranche B Administrative Agent (as defined in the ABL Facility Credit Agreement), or, with respect to each of the foregoing, any successor administrative agent or collateral agent as permitted by the terms set forth in the ABL Facility Credit Agreement.

ABL Agents means, collectively, the ABL Term Loan Agent and the ABL AdministrativeAgent.

ABL Agents has the meaning provided in the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Agents means, collectively, (i) PNC, in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent for the ABL Lenders under the Initial ABL Credit Agreement and the other ABL Loan Documents entered into pursuant to the Initial ABL Credit Agreement, together with its successors and permitted assigns under the Initial ABL Credit Agreement exercising substantially the same rights and powers (the “Initial ABL Agent”) and (ii) the administrative and/or collateral agents for any Future ABL Indebtedness.

ABL Agents means, collectively, the ABL Administrative Agent, the ABL Arranger, the ABL Co-Collateral Agents, the ABL Issuing Bank and the ABL Swingline Lender.
