ABL Agents shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the introduction to this Agreement and shall include any successors thereto as well as any Person designated as the “Agent”, “Administrative Agent”, “Collateral Agent” or “Co-Collateral Agent” under any ABL Credit Agreement.

• No priority or right of the ABL Agents or any ABL Secured Party shall at any time be prejudiced or impaired in any way by any act or failure to act on the part of any Borrower or any Guarantor or by the noncompliance by any Person with the terms, provisions, or covenants of any of the ABL Documents, regardless of any knowledge thereof which the ABL Agents or any ABL Secured Party may have.

ABL Agents means MidCap Funding IV Trust, as administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facility Credit Agreement, Crystal Financial LLC d/b/a SLR Credit Solutions, as SISO Term Loan Agent (as defined in the ABL Facility Credit Agreement), and Alter Domus (US) LLC, as Tranche B Administrative Agent (as defined in the ABL Facility Credit Agreement), or, with respect to each of the foregoing, any successor administrative agent or collateral agent as permitted by the terms set forth in the ABL Facility Credit Agreement.

ABL Agents means, collectively, (i) PNC, in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent for the ABL Lenders under the Initial ABL Credit Agreement and the other ABL Loan Documents entered into pursuant to the Initial ABL Credit Agreement, together with its successors and permitted assigns under the Initial ABL Credit Agreement exercising substantially the same rights and powers (the “Initial ABL Agent”) and (ii) the administrative and/or collateral agents for any Future ABL Indebtedness.

ABL Agents means each administrative agent, collateral agent, collateral trustee, if any, or other representative of the holders of ABL Obligations with respect to any ABL Facility. As of the Closing Date, the ABL Agent is Citibank, N.A. in its capacity as administrative agent in respect of the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Agents shall have the meaning given to such term in the Declaration of J▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ in Support of Debtors’ Chapter 11 Petitions and First Day Motions filed in the Chapter 11 Cases at Docket No. 20 (the “S▇▇▇▇ Declaration”).

ABL Agents means, collectively, the ABL Administrative Agent, the ABL Arranger, the ABL Co-Collateral Agents, the ABL Issuing Bank and the ABL Swingline Lender.
