ABL Agents means MidCap Funding IV Trust, as administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facility Credit Agreement, Crystal Financial LLC d/b/a SLR Credit Solutions, as SISO Term Loan Agent (as defined in the ABL Facility Credit Agreement), and Alter Domus (US) LLC, as Tranche B Administrative Agent (as defined in the ABL Facility Credit Agreement), or, with respect to each of the foregoing, any successor administrative agent or collateral agent as permitted by the terms set forth in the ABL Facility Credit Agreement.

ABL Agents has the meaning provided in the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Agents means Bank of America, N.A. and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association.
