ABL Agents definition

ABL Agents means, collectively, the ABL Administrative Agent and the ABL Collateral Agent.
ABL Agents shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the introduction to this Agreement and shall include any successors thereto as well as any Person designated as the “Agent”, “Administrative Agent”, “Collateral Agent” or “Co-Collateral Agent” under any ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Agents means, collectively, (i) PNC, in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent for the ABL Lenders under the Initial ABL Credit Agreement and the other ABL Loan Documents entered into pursuant to the Initial ABL Credit Agreement, together with its successors and permitted assigns under the Initial ABL Credit Agreement exercising substantially the same rights and powers (the “Initial ABL Agent”) and (ii) the administrative and/or collateral agents for any Future ABL Indebtedness.
