ABI Brands means all brands owned, controlled or operated by AB InBev prior to the Proposed Transaction and brands that may be acquired, controlled, or operated by AB InBev following the Proposed Transaction, but excluding the Licensed Brands;

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

  • Distributor branch means a branch office similarly maintained by a distributor for the same purposes a factory branch is maintained.

  • CSDP means the Central Securities Depository Prague

  • CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
