ABG-SI License definition
ABG-SI License means that certain Content Creation and Licensing Agreement, dated as of May 24, 2019, by and between M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation, ABG-SI LLC and, solely for purposes of Section 1 of Schedule C thereto, ABG Intermediate Holdings 2 LLC, as in effect on the A&R Effective Date.
