Aberration definition

Aberration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(iii)(2).
Aberration means that the value of Newco determined in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(iii)(1) above is ten percent (10%) higher or lower than the value of Newco would be by using the average trading price of the Newco Common Stock for the twenty (20) trading days after the First Trading Date (the “Average Trading Value”) in the formula described in Section 2.1(a)(iii)(1) above instead of using the First Trading Date Value in clause (A)(ii) in such formula.
