ABC Trust definition

ABC Trust means Canetic ABC Commercial Trust, a trust established under the laws of the Province of Alberta and governed by the ABC Trust Indenture.
ABC Trust has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
ABC Trust means Gxxx Meadow ABC Trust, a Delaware statutory trust.
