ABC Plan definition

ABC Plan means the ABC, Inc. Retirement Plan (known as the Disney Salaried Pension Plan A on and after January 1, 2012), a qualified employer plan as defined under Treasury Regulations section 1.409A-1(a)(2).
ABC Plan means policies and practical procedures in the Agreed Form to prevent extortion, fraud, bribery, corruption and financial crime in accordance with local law requirements and international best practice, including anti-corruption and anti- money laundering best practice
ABC Plan means the ABC, Inc. Retirement Plan, a qualified employer plan as defined under Treasury Regulations section 1.409A-1(a)(2).

Examples of ABC Plan in a sentence

  • The parties understand that in the event the minimum deductible necessary for a medical plan to comply with HSA eligibility is increased beyond the current deductible level in MESSA ABC Plan 1, the deductible will automatically adjust to meet the federal minimum requirement.

  • Employees electing ABC Plan 1 may make contributions to their HSA account via Section 125 plan payroll deductions.

  • All eligible members who select health insurance receive with MESSA Choices II or MESSA ABC Plan 1.

  • An HSA account established to cover the MESSA ABC Plan 1 deductible shall be funded at no more than one twelfth (1/12) of the total deductible per month.

  • Bargaining unit employees choosing to continue enrollment in Choices II will be required to pay the difference between the District’s contribution to the ABC Plan 1 premium and the full cost of the Choices II plan (including deductibles) and all other annual costs.

  • The parties understand that in the event the minimum deductible necessary for a medical plan to comply with HSA eligibility is increased beyond the current deductible level in MESSA ABC Plan II, the deductible will automatically adjust to meet the federal minimum requirement.

  • The parties understand that in the event the minimum deductible necessary for a medical plan to comply with HSA eligibility is increased beyond the current deductible level in MESSA ABC Plan 1, the deductible (and the Employer’s funding of the deductible) will automatically adjust to meet the federal minimum requirement.
