abbreviated dial code means telephone dialing codes having one or more star (*) characters and/or one or more pound (#) characters and one or more alphanumeric characters. “#ADC” means an ADC having one or more pound (#) characters but no other special characters (such as star (*) characters) and one or more alphanumeric characters.
