Abandoned Project definition

Abandoned Project has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8.2.4.
Abandoned Project means a project which is certified by the Minister of Housing and Local Government as abandoned project pursuant to Paragraph 11(1)(ca) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966.
Abandoned Project means the Public Service Authority’s interest in the two abandoned partially completed nuclear generating units located at the V.C. Summer Nuclear Station in Fairfield County, South Carolina.

  • If Mobileye decides not to file a non-provisional application claiming priority of a provisional application for any Project Invention (“Abandoned Project Invention”), Intel will own the Patent Rights to the Abandoned Project Invention and may file a non-provisional patent application for the Abandoned Project Invention.
