Examples of AAY in a sentence

  • For purposes of calculating the AAY above, all Active Materials reimbursed to Client as a Casualty Loss shall be removed from the Quantity Received and Quantity Dispensed totals.

  • Patheon will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain AAY levels for the Product above the applicable Target Yield.
