AATR means the Borrower’s Agence autonome des Travaux routiers established and operating purusant to Décret No 2000.686 du 3 août 2000, as amended by Decret No 2004.104 du 6 février 2004);“AIR SENEGAL Implementation Agreement” means the agreement to be entered into by the Borrower and AIR SENEGAL in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.01 (e) of this Agreement;
