AAR Rules definition

AAR Rules means the Code of Car Service Rules/Code of Car Hire Rules contained in AAR Circular OT-10 as promulgated in the Official Railway Equipment Register, as in effect from time to time, or any successor thereto.
AAR Rules the rules adopted by the Association of American Railroads governing the condition of and repairs to railroad cars for the interchange of freight traffic, as currently in effect and as subsequently amended.
