AAM Group definition
AAM Group means AAM and its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings from time to time and "member of the AAM Group" shall be construed accordingly;
AAM Group means AAM and each corporation which on the date of the AAM Distribution was a member of the "affiliated group" of which AAM would be the "common parent" (as such terms are defined or used in Section 1504(a) of the Code), determined as if AAM were owned by individuals.

Dowlais shall cause any claim that is brought against AAM or any member of the AAM Group and is inconsistent with the limitations set forth in this Clause 16.7 to be dismissed promptly after it is first initiated.
