AAE definition

AAE means the "Adjusted Account Equity" and is the value of investments held in the Client's Account at the end of each month at market value including the amount of all unrealised gains and the cash balance less all unrealised losses less any accrued fees and charges not yet deducted and paid. Please note that pro rata adjustments will be made to the Management Fee due to variations in the value of the Account during the Calculation Period as a result of deposits or withdrawals of contributions.
AAE means “Above Aerodrome Elevation.”
AAE means American Automated Engineering, Inc., a California corporation.

  • If the Contract involves Arms, Ammunition and Explosives (AA&E) or other Hazardous Material, the following clauses shall be incorporated into the Contract and subcontracts.

  • Seller and Seller’s subcontractors are to ensure that all facilities that will house AA&E comply with DoD 5100-76-M Physical Security of Sensitive Conventional Arms, Ammunition and Explosives.

  • Where an order is cancelled by the Customer, the Customer indemnifies AAE against any losses incurred by the Customer as a result of such cancellation.

  • Arms, ammunition, and explosives (AA&E), as used in this clause, means those items within the scope (chapter 1, paragraph B) of DoD 5100.76-M, Physical Security of Sensitive Conventional Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives.
