Aadhaar Authentication Services definition

Aadhaar Authentication Services means the authentication services provided by UIDAI and used by Authentication User Agency where the personal identity information of/data of an Aadhaar Number Holder is matched with their personal identity information/data that is stored in the UIDAI’s Central Identity Data Repository in order to provide Aadhaar enabled services to such Aadhaar Number Holder. The Authentication User Agency shall avail Aadhaar authentication service by establishing a connection with UIDAI’s Central Identity Data Repository, through an Authentication Service Agency.
