AAAm-G by Standard & Poor's and at least "AA" by Fitch (in each case, to the extent they are designated as Rating Agencies in the Preliminary Statement); and
AAAm-G by Standard & Poor's "AAA" by Fitch and "Aaa" by Moody's and, if rated by Fitch, Fitch (any such money market funds that provide for demand withdrawals without penalty being conclusively deemed to satisfy any maturity requirement for Permitted Investments set forth herein); and
AAAm-G by S&P and "Aaa" by Moody's or otherwise approved in writing by each Rating Agency; and
