Examples of A&A Contracts in a sentence

  • From and after the Global Closing Date, TelCove shall refer to ACC all inquiries with respect to the A&A Contracts and the IT Licenses being transferred to the ACC Parties pursuant to the IT License Exchange Agreement.

  • Project Contracts mean a contract or contracts with respect to the acquisition and/or construction of the Improvements entered into by the Company or the Issuer.
