Subject to the foregoing, the Expansion Space shall be deemed “ready for occupancy” when Landlord, to the extent applicable, has substantially completed all of the tenant improvements required to be completed by Landlord pursuant to Exhibit A-1 (Space Plan) attached to this Amendment but for minor punch list matters, and has obtained the requisite governmental approvals for Tenant’s occupancy in connection with such work.
