A ware definition
A ware means awareness by the chief executive officer, chief operating officer or general counsel (or other person that has similar authority) of Parent, Buyer or the Company, as the case may be, that an event or change has occurred and that such event or change would give rise to a breach of representation, warranty, covenant or agreement.
