A Special Event definition

A Special Event means a Tax Event or an Investment Company Act Event.

Examples of A Special Event in a sentence

  • A Special Event Permit may be required for Events at which it is anticipated that 75 or more individuals will attend, Events involving the sale of goods, Events at which alcohol will be present, and Events open to the general public.

  • A Special Event license from the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission is required for all private functions held in the facility whether alcohol is being provided free of charge or resold to guests of the function.

  • A Special Event does not include a free informal group outing or run.

  • A Special Event also includes any use of the trail or the PROPERTY that is substantially incompatible with use of the trails by the General Public.

  • A Special Event using any City navigable waterway may require a permit to be obtained from the U.S. Coast Guard and/or the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR).

  • A Special Event shall not constitute a Compensation Event to the extent identified on Schedule 7 attached hereto (as modified from time to time in accordance with this Section 7.14).
