A Service Request definition

A Service Request means any request made by Customer to OIT for routine operational support, modifications, and additions. Service Requests are managed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Examples of A Service Request in a sentence

  • A Service Request is defined as a request for information, advice, or for access to a service.

  • A Service Request or Service Order may be cancelled at any time before the Service Start Date.
