Team Matrix Playbook referred to and acknowledged in the aforementioned Employee Agreement is an active and vital communication tool whereby more specific information and standards are conveyed to Employees including but not limited to: Corporate Philosophy, Individual Mentoring and Support, Professional Development, Code of Conduct, Dress Code Standards, etc., Equal Opportunity, Harassment, “Drug Free Workplace” and Safety, Information Security, Corporate Communications, Customer Relationship Protocols, Periodic Performance Reviews, Vacation, Holiday and Emergency/Sick Leave and Expense Reimbursement Policies, Time Accounting, Software Licensing, Administrative Procedures and Other Legal Requirements including the responsibility to self-report within three (3) calendar days any arrest for any of the following disqualifying offenses: (a) Computer related crimes; (b) Information technology crimes;
