A Reserve definition

A Reserve means the A designated reserve as defined in the Company's articles of association;
A Reserve established pursuant to this Section 2.1(f) in the amount of at least $3,000,000 shall be maintained at all times."

Examples of A Reserve in a sentence

  • A Reserve Flight Attendant may be scheduled to fly up to thirty-five (35) block hours in any seven (7) consecutive days.

  • A Reserve who preferences 4k, then subsequently receives a 4k assignment, must accept the sequence.

  • A Reserve may opt into a 4k sequence by preferencing it on the LTFA.

  • A Reserve Flight Attendant who has been advised to proceed directly to the gate area for a trip shall be notified of her/his crew accommodations and van/limo service provider prior to departure.

  • A Reserve may give away entire blocks of reserve days at any time.

  • A Reserve (or a Lineholder who picks up a block(s) of reserve days) may give away less than an entire block (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days) only one (1) time per month by breaking the block from either end.

  • A Reserve may reposition an ER day(s) if both AM and PM are open on the day(s) out of which the Reserve is repositioning.

  • A Reserve who does not receive minimum home base rest as a result of an ETB trip before or after available days shall reduce her/his home base rest down to FAR minimums, if necessary.

  • A Reserve will receive a minimum of five (5.0) TFP per duty period for any APSB period(s) completed without receiving a flight assignment.

  • A Reserve may not be assigned flight duty on a Golden Day unless she/he consents to such assignment.
