A rating definition

A rating means an applicant has been assigned a credit rating of A1, A2, or A3 by Moody’s or A+, A, or A- by Standard & Poor’s.
A rating means a rating of no lower than an “A” by the Canadian Bond Rating Service or an equivalent rating by a major reputable corporate rating service satisfactory to the Transmission Administrator.
A rating shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 5.01(d).
