A modular device. , which means, that the modules (display, sensor module etc.) can be added, modified, replaced without affecting the whole system. For example, Simsense is Samsung’s reference implementation [66] of a sensor module which is modularly housed inside Simband. This can be modified or replaced using the mechanical and electrical design considerations as made “open” by Samsung.
