A. H. Belo definition

A. H. Belo means A. H. Belo Corporation, a Delaware corporation. The term A. H. Belo subsidiary means (i) any corporation of which at least 80% of the total combined voting power of all outstanding shares of stock is owned directly or indirectly by A. H. Belo; (ii) any partnership of which at least 80% of the profits interest or capital interest is owned directly or indirectly by A. H. Belo; and (iii) any other entity of which at least 80% of the total equity interest is owned directly or indirectly by A. H. Belo.
