A FORM definition

A FORM means in relation to Newco, a financial report prepared in the format set forth in Annex 2 and in accordance with the accounting policies, practices and other requirements set out or referred to in ICI's Controller's Manual and prepared as at the Newco Completion Date on a basis consistent with that adopted by TEL for the preparation of A Forms prior to the Transfer Time;
A FORM means, in relation to the Company, the quarterly financial reports in the format set forth in Annex 3 which are prepared in accordance with the accounting policies, practices and other requirements set out or referred to in ICI's Controller's Manuals as applied by the Company (with the exception of pensions liabilities which are accounted for in accordance with FAS 87) and prepared at the Completion Date on a basis consistent with that adopted by the Company in the A Form at 31 December 1997 (with the exception that pensions liabilities shall be reported in Provisions); and if the Completion Date does not fall on the due date for the preparation of an A Form, a financial report prepared on the same basis for the financial period from the latest date at which an A Form was prepared to the Completion Date;

Related to A FORM

Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.
Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.
Policy form means the form on which the policy is delivered or issued for delivery by the issuer.
Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
Letter of Transmittal and Election Form means the letter of transmittal and election form for use by holders of Domtar Common Shares, in the form accompanying the Circular;
Certificate form means the form on which the certificate is delivered or issued for delivery by the issuer.
Exhibit B means [Vendor]’s Response.
Subscription Form means the subscription forms attached hereto.
Attached means attached to this Agreement when used in relation to a schedule;
Acceptance Form means the form provided by the School for parents to complete when accepting a place for their child at the School;
Exercise Form means an Exercise Form in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
Form means a form appended to these rules;
Transfer Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filed by the investor to transfer Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.
Variation Form means the form set out in Call Off Schedule 12 (Variation Form);
Proposal Form means that certain Part C of the RFP, completed and executed by the Proponent, to which this Appendix 1 is appended.
Beneficiary Designation Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Executive completes, signs, and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate one or more Beneficiaries.
Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.
Exhibit A means collectively Exhibits A-1 through A-n which incorporate into the Agreement the specific terms and conditions for each TCK licensed hereunder.
Source Code Form means the form of the work preferred for making modifications.
Normal Form means a monthly annuity which is one twelfth of the amount of the member’s accrued benefit which is payable for the member’s life. If the member dies before the sum of the payments he or she receives equals his or her accumulated contributions on the annuity starting date, the named beneficiary shall receive in one lump sum the difference between the accumulated contributions at the annuity starting date and the total of the retirement income payments made to the member.
Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.
Bid Form means Exhibit “A” to the bid instructions provided to the Assuming Institution.
Book entry form or “book entry system” means a form or system under which (i) the ownership of book entry interests in Bonds and the principal of and interest on the Bonds may be transferred only through a book entry and (ii) physical Bond certificates in fully registered form are issued by the City only to a Depository or its nominee as registered owner, with the Bonds deposited and maintained in the custody of the Depository or its agent. The book entry maintained by others than the City is the record that identifies the owners of book entry interests in those Bonds and that principal and interest.
Questionnaire means the Documentation Information Questionnaire and the responses thereto provided by Borrowers and delivered to Agent.
Assignment Details Form means written confirmation of the assignment details to be given to the Agency Worker upon acceptance of the Assignment;
