The Library’s A/E Design Team will participate in these coordination meetings with the ▇▇▇▇ and subcontractors to identify and resolve installation conflicts during the design and construction phases.
The ▇▇▇▇ shall obtain all permits required for construction with the assistance of the Library’s A/E Design Team.

The Library Project Team will manage and monitor at all times the Submittal log in conjunction with the Library’s A/E Design Team.
The Library’s A/E Design Team will review all submittals on e-Builder ( or similar ) concerning product data, shop drawings and other submissions, as required for general conformance with design concept of this Project and the Contract Documents in consultation with the Library.
The Library’s A/E Design Team, along with its Sub-consultants, shall provide the Owner with a written report listing all items covered by warranty or guarantee coverage that are observed or otherwise found to be defective, inoperable, or not performing their intended function in a satisfactory manner The report shall include recommendations for resolving all the items so noted in the warranty inspection report.
The Library’s A/E Design Team will determine any capacity limitations for development, including electric, gas, potable water, reclaimed water, and chilled water.
