A/E Design Team definition

A/E Design Team means the professional independent Architectural/Engineering firm designated to assist the COUNTY in the Work by a prior agreement entered into by the COUNTY and the said firm. The terms "Engineer" and "Architect", where used in the Contract Documents, refer to the A/E Design Team.

  • The Library’s A/E Design Team will participate in these coordination meetings with the ▇▇▇▇ and subcontractors to identify and resolve installation conflicts during the design and construction phases.

  • The Library Project Team will manage and monitor at all times the Submittal log in conjunction with the Library’s A/E Design Team.

  • The Library’s A/E Design Team will review all submittals on e-Builder ( or similar ) concerning product data, shop drawings and other submissions, as required for general conformance with design concept of this Project and the Contract Documents in consultation with the Library.

  • The Library’s A/E Design Team, along with its Sub-consultants, shall provide the Owner with a written report listing all items covered by warranty or guarantee coverage that are observed or otherwise found to be defective, inoperable, or not performing their intended function in a satisfactory manner The report shall include recommendations for resolving all the items so noted in the warranty inspection report.

  • The Library’s A/E Design Team will determine any capacity limitations for development, including electric, gas, potable water, reclaimed water, and chilled water.

Related to A/E Design Team

  • Design Team means Architect and its Subconsultants as set forth in the Design Services Agreement.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • Development Team means and includes the Applicant, Owner, Developer, General Partner, Qualified Management Company, and HC Consultant identified as such in the Application.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.
