A & E CONSULTANT means ATRIA Arquitetos Ltda, registered under the number CNPJ 05.126.328/0001-72, located in SCLS 208 Bloco C Loja 34 in Brasilia, Distrito Federal, Brazil, their successors or assigns, who has a contract agreement with the Owner to design the Project, to elaborate Technical Specifications and to supervision and inspection of Work execution and the remedying of any defects therein, and are legally qualified to carry out the supervision of the works.
