A DAP is a written order unilaterally prepared and signed by UTA directing the Contractor to proceed with specified Work while Change Order negotiations or Claim resolution discussions continue.
A day means a day 24 hours from midnight to the next midnight irrespective of the numbers of hours worked in that day.
