A controlled area definition

A controlled area means, and "controlled areas" shall include any area inside the boundaries of the State of Delaware which is adjacent to and within 660 ft. of the edge of the right-of-way of a highway of the NHS, and after July 1, 1975 beyond 660 feet.
A controlled area means, and "controlled areas" shall include, any area inside the boundaries of this State which is adjacent to and within 1,000 feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way of a highway of the Interstate System or the Primary System.
A controlled area means, and "controlled areas" shall include, any area inside the boundaries of the State of Delaware which is adjacent to and within 660 feet of the edge of the right-of-way of a highway of the Interstate system or the primary system, and after July 1, 1975, beyond 660 feet, except that it shall remain 660 feet for signs located entirely within defined urban areas, as established in Title 17 DE Code, Chapter 11, Subchapter I, Section 1102 (b) (4).
