A Commitment Increase shall become effective pursuant to an amendment (the “Incremental Amendment”) to this Agreement executed by the Borrower, each Increasing Lender, each Augmenting Lender and the Administrative Agent.
The requested Term A Commitment Increase shall be allocated among the banks and other entities willing to participate therein in such amounts as are agreed between the Borrower and the Lead Arranger.

Any Tranche A Commitment Increase contemplated by the provisions of this Section 2.15 shall, except as provided in Section 2.15(e)(iii) and (e)(iv), bear interest and be entitled to fees and other compensation on the same basis as all other Tranche A Commitments.
