A Cardholder definition

A Cardholder means an individual in whose name the Bank opens a Card and who is entitled to use a Main and/or an Additional Card(s) in accordance with this Agreement.

  • A Cardholder may be required to undergo additional authentication steps to authorise certain Card Transactions.

  • A Cardholder can authorise a Card Transaction at any Merchant by entering the PIN or other security code, if the Merchant does not accept chip and PIN authorisation, the Merchant may allow the Cardholder to authorise the Card Transaction by signature of the receipt.
