A/C Rooms definition

A/C Rooms means the rooms forming part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities for placing and installing the Centralized Cooled-water System, the Water-cooled Air-Conditioning Units and the ancillary pipes and equipment serving each of the Residential Units (such Water- cooled Air-Conditioning Units and the ancillary pipes and equipment (whether such ancillary pipes and equipment are located within the A/C Rooms or otherwise) serving exclusively a particular Residential Unit shall belong to the Owner of such Residential Unit), which are for identification purpose only shown coloured yellow and marked “A/C” on the Plans, the accuracy of which is certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person.

  • Toilet room means a room containing a water closet and a wash basin.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Guest Room means a separately-keyed lodging unit in the Hotel.
