A/C Platform definition
A/C Platform means each of the non-enclosed air-conditioner platforms (whether or not attached to a Unit) intended for use of placing air-conditioning units;
A/C Platform means each of the non-enclosed air-conditioner platform whether or not attached to a Residential Unit and intended for use of placing air-conditioning units; “Accessible Carpark cum Visitor’s Carpark” means the car parking space on the Ground Floor of the Development provided pursuant to Special Condition No.(19)(a)(i) of the Government Grant as shown and delineated on the Approved Plans for the parking of (1) a motor vehicle by disabled persons as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap.370) and belonging to the Occupiers of the Development or (2) a motor vehicle licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap.370) belonging to the bona fide guests, visitors or invitees of the Occupiers of the Development and for the purpose of this definition, Occupiers do not include any of the Owner’s or tenant’s servants, agents, invitees, licensees and visitors, and in the case of the Commercial Accommodation, their employees, customers and suppliers;
