A B Loan definition

A B Loan shall cease to be a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan at such time as the related Trust Mortgage Loan ceases to be a Specially Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan as described in the definition of "Servicing Transfer Event." Without limiting the foregoing, subject to Section 3.21, the Master Servicer shall be obligated to service and administer all Mortgage Loans which are not Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans; provided, however, that the Special Servicer shall have the exclusive right to approve any draw down of funds under any Letter of Credit provided by the related Borrower with respect to any Trust Mortgage Loan, and to approve any modification, amendment, alteration or renewal of such Letter of Credit, it being agreed, however, that the Master Servicer shall provide the Special Servicer with notice of any communication with respect to a Borrower's inability to renew any such Letter of Credit.
