A Allocated Amount definition

A Allocated Amount means, with respect to any Property, the principal portion of the related Allocated Amount equal to the Lessor’s Pro Rata Share of the amount set forth in clause (a) of the definition of Maximum Residual Guarantee Amount for such Property.
A Allocated Amount means the Lessor's Pro Rata Share of the A Percentage of Fundings made pursuant to the Loan Agreement and the Master Agreement.

  • With respect to any Leased Property, the payment by the Lessee of the Recourse Deficiency Amount to the Agent on the Lease Termination Date in accordance with Section 14.6 or Section 14.7 of the Lease following the Lessee’s exercise of the Remarketing Option, shall be distributed by the Agent on a pro rata basis to the Lenders and the Lessor for application to the outstanding principal of the A Loans and the A Allocated Amount in respect of such Leased Property.
