A & A form definition

A & A form means the Application & Agreement form prescribed by the distribution licensee under Regulation 5 of the Supply Code;
A & A form means the Application & Agreement form prescribed by the distribution licensee under Regulation 6 of the Supply Code, 2024;
A & A form means the Application & Agreement form prescribed by the Board under Regulation 5.1 of the Supply Code.
